Hawa joined Andera Partners in 2024 as Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing the company’s compliance and internal control framework.
Hawa began her career in 2007 at the consulting firm OTC Conseil One Point. She later worked at other regulatory consulting firms such as Marker Management Consulting (2008-2012) and 99 Advisory Group Finegan (2020-2022).
From 2012 to 2018, Hawa worked at Primonial Group, initially as Group Head of Compliance for their asset management subsidiaries, before being Head of Internal Audit for the Group.
Throughout her career, Hawa has supported the Compliance Departments of various asset management companies as interim CCO, on regulatory compliance matters, and operational strengthening.
Hawa holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from IAE de Metz, a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Metz, and the Certificate Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School.
She is fluent in French, English, and Bambara.
