- Bruno Bonnin joined the management company in September 2024 as a Partner in the Andera Acto team.
- He began his career as an investor with Perfectis Private Equity, before joining CAPZA for 13 years, where he was a Partner in the CAPZA Flex Equity practice. He has worked with more than 25 management teams and sat on the boards of Wshop, Ynov Campus, Sirsa, Finnegan, Recommerce Group and Datawords.
- Bruno then joined MBO+ to launch the Flex strategy.
- He is a graduate of HEC and Centrale Lyon engineering school, he speaks French and English.
