PARIS & WOERDEN, 25 APRIL 2023 – The managers and shareholders of the OneXillium group, a retailer of automated, digital and printing solutions in the Netherlands are partnering with Andera Acto, the team in charge of the sponsorless mezzanine strategy of Andera Partners, to enable the accretion of its managers and provide support to the Group in the next phases of its development.
Established in 1989 and based in the Netherlands in Woerden, OneXillium has since the outset acted as one of the principal partners of Xerox in the Netherlands and in Europe. Later and through acquisitions, its business was extended to other well-known brands such as Ricoh and HP.
Over the years, the Group was transformed into a true supplier of computer solutions offering software and services in the fields of Enterprise Information Management (WoodWing), digital workflow, workstations, cyber-security (SureLock) and electronic signature.
OneXillium distinguishes itself from its competitors by means of a first-rate customer service, demonstrating loyalty and enabling to value its partnerships and secure market shares. The Group has more than 80 employees with a turnover of more than 30 M€.
This sponsorless operation enables the director of OneXillium, Jo Van Onsem to significantly strengthen his position in its capital while ensuring the total liquidity of the Dutch fund GreenField Capital Partners, an equity holder of the Group since 2010. Other historic shareholder managers of OneXillium increase their capital alongside them and this operation facilitates the participation of a new generation of managers.
OneXillium benefits from the support of a leading financial partner to accelerate its growth and development dynamic, by both organic and external growth.
It is the second investment of Andera Acto outside France seeking to increase its international presence, the 20th investment of ActoMezz IV and the 13th investment of Acto Héritage.
