KLUBB Group acquires Isoli S.p.A. to consolidate Italian presence and extend its product offering in mobile elevated working platforms (MEWP) for short-term rental.
KLUBB Group – the European leader of vehicle-mounted aerial work platforms, backed and supported since July 2021 by Andera Partners, a leading private equity player in France through its Andera MidCap activity – acquires 100% of Isoli S.p.A. – the Italian market leader in the field of design, production and assembly of boom platforms for any type of aerial work platform, tow truck and special equipment.
Founded in 1946 and headquartered in Fontanaviva (near Padova), Isoli represents a reference player in the aerial work platform and tow truck market – renowned worldwide for its quality, reliability and innovative approach, boasting a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and an increasingly solid foreign market penetration.
Isoli currently offers high-quality and safe aerial platforms covering all heights, boom platforms for any type of breakdown truck and solutions for special structure requirements in the military sector, such as truck mounted platforms and loaders. Thanks to its valuable in-house expertise, to the advanced know-how acquired over time and to continuous research for innovative solutions, Isoli has managed to become a widely acknowledged technological innovator and leader in the industry, with cutting-edge solutions always in step with a rapidly changing world.
By 2022, Isoli expects to generate approx. €30 million revenues, employing over 100 people.
The transaction represents a further step in Klubb’s expansion plan: by acquiring Isoli, which has been the historical partner in Italy since 2004, Klubb will strengthen its geographical coverage consolidating the presence in this country and significantly accelerate its product offering in mobile elevated working platforms (MEWP) for short-term rental.
