Bruno Bonnin joins the Andera Acto team to support the deployment of the new vintage fund, Acto V.
Andera Acto, the mezzanine sponsorless investment team of Andera Partners, strengthens its ranks by welcoming its 5th partner, Bruno Bonnin.
Bruno Bonnin (40 years old, Centrale Lyon; HEC) joins Andera Partners in September 2024 as a partner in the Andera Acto team. Prior to this, he was a partner at MBO+ from 2022 to 2024, and at CAPZA from 2009 to 2022. He also worked at Perfectis Private Equity in 2009 and at Altran from 2006 to 2008.
Throughout his career, Bruno Bonnin has accompagnied nearly 25 companies in their development and has been notably member of the boards of Wshop, Ynov Campus, Sirsa, Finnegan, Recommerce Group, and Dataword.

The Andera Acto team now consists of 16 investors, including 5 partners. With nearly €1.5 billion in assets under management, the team currently has 34 companies in its portfolio and has supported over 85 business leaders since its inception. Andera Acto is actively raising its fifth vintage fund, Acto V, with a target of €1 billion. The team also announces the upcoming arrival of a senior investment manager to further strengthen its capabilities.
